The inspiration for Perfectly Scarred, Inc. (PS, Inc) is the vision of Marcia that grew from her personal experiences as a childhood burn survivor and her longing to fill a gap in the local burn survivor community.

PS is important to me because as a youth I had visible scars that I was very embarrassed and self-conscious about. I would cover them and hope that no one saw them. PS gives me the opportunity to help build up children who face even greater challenges than I did.

Jennifer Puga
Her support and belief in the mission to help others to realize their true beauty beyond their scars is near and dear to her heart. Not only based on the strength she observes in founder Marcia, but also as a scarred survivor (surgically) herself.

Kelli Crawford-Schrock
Kelli is passionate about working with children and adolescents. Her goal as a social worker is to empower individuals to cultivate life-long skills and improve their well-being.
